Attorney Martin Kantrovitz is a Partner of Kantrovitz & Kantrovitz LLC. For over 40 years, Mr. Kantrovitz has concentrated his practice in the areas of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury (Tort) law. Like his father, Gabriel Kantrovitz, before him, Martin has a long history of helping and protecting the rights of working people and those who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others.
Mr. Kantrovitz has tried thousands of cases before numerous trial and appellate courts as well as the Department of Industrial Accidents, the government agency responsible for overseeing all workers' compensation claims.
He and many of his cases have been profiled on television shows and in newspapers including the Boston Globe, the Boston Herald and numerous local publications. Mr. Kantrovitz is the attorney who won the landmark case in the Supreme Judicial Court, which held that landlords are responsible for damages children suffer from lead paint poisoning.
Mr. Kantrovitz is a graduate of Northeastern University and Boston University Law School. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court (Massachusetts), the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
